It's just irish cream flavored filling. I think that needs to be made clear in the product description. Also, the consistency of the cream inside the chocolates is substantially different than actual liqueur. It gets a two because, despite the misleading product description, they actually do taste pretty good---just don't expect actual Bailey's liqueur.
