I purchased several for Christmas gifts and kept a couple for myself. They are priceless when it comes to perfect cookies and perfect cleanup. The sheet makes cleaning up after baking anything on a cookie sheet a snap, because stuff gets cooked onto the sheet--which is super easy to wipe off--instead of onto the cookie sheet itself. I've also noticed that the sheet seems to even out the heating differences between cookie sheets, making my baking time more consistent. For example, if I bake cookies using the sheet, instead of using parchment paper, they all seem to take the same amount of time regardless of what cookie sheet I use.
