Chicken Parmesan in 20 Minutes

Here are the ingredients:

4 boneless& skinless chicken breast halves
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tb butter or margarine
1 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tb grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Here are the instructions
1) Flatten chicken to even thickness (use hands).
2) Dip chicken into egg then into crumbs to coat.
3) In skillet over medium heat melt margarine.
4) Place chicken in skillet. Brown chicken on both sides.
5) Add sauce. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
6) Sprinkle with cheeses and parsley. Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

And there you have it; chicken parmesan ready to eat in 20 minutes.
